Lisa made the whole process of selling my mother's home very smooth from start to finish. She went above and beyond to help us out again and again, which was fantastic since my brother and I live in different states and had limited time to get the home ready for sale during our trips to Colorado. As a Realtor of 14 years myself, I know what goes into selling a home and how a good agent can make all the difference. This is a very good agent, and one I would highly recommend.

Increase her split! She is a very valuable asset to your company. She prides herself as a full-service realtor and backs it up with her actions. I will continue to refer her to colleagues and friends and plan to use her again in the future. During the sale of our home, we were exposed to seeing at least 85 showings in 4 days with different agents none of whom were of her caliber (choreographing the showings was a masterful Art that she performed). We were astounded to see a large number of realtors who either did not know what they were doing or did not have any regard or respect for our property. Examples include pulling up the carpet to see what was underneath, telling a buyer that the reason for a crooked cabinet door was because the "house was settling," and multiple agents leaving the house unlocked after viewing with their clients to the point that other buyers walked into the house without their agent because the doors were unlocked (and that agent telling them it was OK to view the house on their own as he was running late). Lisa handled all of these issues at our request multiple times with signs of reminders in the house, etc. Our property was vacant with surveillance and beautifully staged by Lisa and she more than proved her worth by acting on our surveillance reports with securing the house and reminding the agents they were being watched and correcting their behavior. She is a gem!!!!
